Getting above the line is to do it, solve it, own it, see it. Below the line is wait and see, cover your tail, ignoring, and denying. Daniel shows you how to get better and move to above the line. You have to be proactive and work towards your goals. Daniel goes into his definition of a leader. A leader is someone who is active, not just some who talks a big game. He teaches you how to lose the negativity and push yourself to be better.
Ask yourself what you can do to get the results you want. But never stop. Once you get to your goal, ask what else you can do. Can you reach out to more people? Can you be more innovative in the way you communicate with people? Get creative in the way you reach out to new people to recruit. Always be asking yourself “what else can I do?”. Once you have that answer, act on it. And then keep going.
